Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or if additional information is needed (e.g., payment verification or address confirmation). If this applies to your order, we’ll reach out via support@omilora.com.


Shipping Times

United States
Once your order is processed, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days.

International Orders
International orders are shipped from our global warehouses. Delivery typically takes 12–20 business days after dispatch and is completed by your local postal carrier.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All product prices shown on our website do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your local authority before placing an order.


Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. At this time, we do not ship to military base addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO).


Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Cancellations: Accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • Modifications (e.g., address or item changes): Can be requested within 24 hours, provided your order has not yet shipped.

After these windows, orders begin processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@omilora.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Shipping fees and optional shipping insurance are non-refundable.
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
