At Omilora, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for your peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Email us at support@omilora.com to request a Return Authorization.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, processing may begin and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Modifications:
You may request changes (address, size, or variant) within 24 hours, as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@omilora.com with a description and photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Non-Refundable Fees
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Original shipping fees
- Shipping protection insurance (if purchased)
- Returns due to incorrect address provided by the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@omilora.com.
Shipping Insurance
If you purchased shipping protection, it covers loss, damage, or theft during transit only. Incidents occurring after delivery (e.g., package stolen from doorstep) are not covered.
